Shipping Policy

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Time: Standard delivery takes 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
• Shipping Charges:
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1,499.
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below this amount.
• Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your order status.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in delivering high-quality clothing, and every order is carefully checked before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are happy to assist you with a return.

Return Eligibility:

• Returns are only accepted for damaged items received in your order.
• The return request must be placed within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Customers need to provide clear images of the damaged product when requesting a return.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Email us at support@swank.style with your order details and product images.
2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
3. Once approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your location.
4. After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.

Refund & Replacement:

• If eligible, you can choose between a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a full refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
